KILLA P, IRAH & MONKEY JHAYAM - FAVELA LIFE
PROD. BY FELIPE IPHILLS, GANESH & KORSAIN
On April 18, the FAVELA LIFE EP will be released on the label Mão Santa Records.
The song features the vocals of Killa P (UK), Irah (UK) and Monkey Jhayam (BR) who send an idea representing all the children living in the extremes of the cities, in conditions of poverty and misery, in all corners of the world. Times are cruel and with every passing day hatred is being spread by the mainstream media, politicians, big industries and entrepreneurs who campaign and manipulate people. We have to be strong and supportive of one another in order to overcome these tribulation times. We must take care of our children, for they are the hope of a better future.
Revolution is not a dish of flowers. Identify yourself.
"We no want no more gun,
We no want no more knife,
But government fi get di rights. (Excerpt from the chorus)
